|
Faculty is higher education institution that, within its activities, joins educational, scientific-research and vocational work as the components of unified process of higher education within the legal, legally historical, legally-economic, legally-political and legally-sociological sciences (hereinafter referred to as: following sciences) that realize study programs for achieving:

the first level of higher education and professional title: academic jurist-bachelor,
-
the second level of higher education and academic title: graduate jurist-master,
-
the second level of higher education and academic title: specialist,
-
the third level of higher education and scientific title: PhD in legal sciences (indicating areas),
-
the first level of higher education and professional title: professional jurist,
-
the second level of higher education and professional title: professional jurist-specialist.
Within its activities, Faculty may relize educational programs out of licensed study programs. Faculty may organize programs for innovative knowledge and professional education and advancement and perform science work (basic,applied and developing researches), as well as the other work prescribed by law and Statute. |
